Information we collect

BoardMAP Pro processes the information needed to operate an account and workspace, including account details, organisation details, workspace membership, invitations, assessment responses and governance information entered into the service.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate users, provide the BoardMAP Pro workspace, present assessment and governance tools, maintain records of Terms acceptance, and operate and improve the service. Assessment information is intended to support the organisation that provides it.

Confidentiality and aggregation

Individual assessment responses are intended to remain confidential within the product experience. Where BoardMAP Pro presents shared assessment insights, it is designed to use aggregate information rather than identify an individual response. Organisations remain responsible for choosing appropriate participants and managing access to their workspace.

Service providers

BoardMAP Pro relies on service providers required to run the application, including hosting, authentication, database and payment platform services. These providers process information as needed to provide their services to BoardMAP Pro.
